Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Virginia Licensed Mental Health Facilitator will provide remote telehealth services, facilitating group sessions for adolescent and young adult clients while ensuring engagement and adherence to best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate group sessions using the latest curriculum while fostering client engagement and cohesion
- Participate in collaborative treatment team meetings and maintain communication with clients and staff
- Complete all onboarding requirements and treatment documentation within specified timeframes
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults
- Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including group treatment
- Availability during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays and Saturdays
- Technical ability to conduct effective telehealth sessions
