Job Summary
Seeking a Virginia Licensed Mental Health Therapist, the part-time or full-time position will provide telehealth services to adolescents and young adults, focusing on delivering high-quality mental health care in a virtual setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide telehealth counseling services to clients, utilizing various therapeutic modalities
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians to enhance programming and case discussions
- Maintain a manageable caseload, fostering strong client relationships for sustainable healing
Required qualifications
- Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Virginia (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults is highly preferred
- Availability to work between 12-40 hours per week, including evenings for full-time roles
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
