Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Virginia Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults, integrating multiple therapeutic modalities and collaborating with a dedicated team to enhance client care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to adolescent and young adult clients in a virtual setting
- Engage in case discussions with fellow clinicians to develop new skills and perspectives
- Maintain a flexible schedule with a maximum caseload of 8 clients in a group setting
Required qualifications
- Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, or equivalent)
- Master's degree in mental health or a related field
- Experience working with youth and young adults is highly preferred
- Availability to work between 12-40 hours per week, depending on part-time or full-time status
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
