Job Summary
Seeking a Virginia Licensed Mental Health Therapist, this 100% remote contractor role will deliver individual therapy sessions, perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, and develop treatment plans while benefiting from maximum administrative support and the flexibility to set one's own hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform virtual counseling and psychotherapy, including mental health evaluations and patient data compilation
- Determine and implement behavioral health treatment plans while providing evidence-based therapeutic support
- Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of the peer review quality assurance process
Required qualifications:
- Clinically licensed in Virginia (LCSW, LPC/LMHC, or LMFT)
- Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited program
- 2+ years of unsupervised psychotherapy treatment experience for LCSW; 3+ years for LPC/LMHC and LMFT
- Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
- Experience with technology and digital tools
