Job Summary
Working remotely, the Virginia Licensed Nurse Case Manager will assess new applicants, coordinate medical clearances, and maintain patient records as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Assess new applicants by gathering information, reviewing diagnoses, and analyzing medical test results
- Schedule appointments for drug screening, medical examinations, and psychological evaluations
- Update patient medical records after each contact and ensure accurate documentation
Required qualifications
- Active RN license and a bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
- At least ten (10) years of practical experience in clinical nursing with a focus on case management
- Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCM) or American Case Management (ACM) certification may substitute for 3 years of experience
