Virginia Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual practice, the full-time Virginia Licensed Nurse Practitioner will manage a full patient panel focusing on perimenopause, menopause, weight, sexual health, mood, and sleep, while prescribing and independently managing hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and pharmacologic weight management in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ongoing patient relationships while providing virtual care for women's midlife health issues
• Prescribe and independently manage HRT and evaluate patients for pharmacologic weight management therapies
• Maintain productivity benchmarks and ensure accurate documentation in a high-volume clinical setting

Required qualifications

• Active board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC
• 3+ years of experience independently managing perimenopause and menopause patients
• 3+ years of experience prescribing and titrating HRT
• 3+ years of synchronous telemedicine experience
• Preferred certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine
