Virginia Licensed Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth initiative, the full-time Virginia Licensed Nurse Practitioner will evaluate and treat patients remotely, act as a liaison between triage teams and local clinical teams, and address time-sensitive clinical needs.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a clinical resource for triage teams and evaluate patients via telehealth for acute needs
- Coordinate follow-up visits and communicate updates between central triage and local clinical teams
- Address time-sensitive tasks, including medication refills and lab results, while collaborating with pharmacy and primary care providers
Required qualifications
- Must be a certified Nurse Practitioner with an active license in Virginia
- Must have an active DEA license
- Demonstrated experience with telehealth and coordinating care virtually
- Ability to react decisively in urgent situations
- Strong organizational skills and experience with multi-tasking
