Job Summary

Providing part-time virtual oversight, the Virginia Licensed Occupational Medicine Physician will manage clinic operations, supervise mid-level staff, and ensure compliance with health regulations while working in a hybrid environment with some onsite responsibilities in Blackstone, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Provide virtual oversight of occupational health clinic operations and supervise onsite staff
• Review and update clinical protocols and oversee occupational medical surveillance services
• Conduct quarterly quality assurance reviews and ensure compliance with OSHA and Department of State regulations

Required qualifications

• Board Certified in Occupational Medicine
• Active and unrestricted physician license in the Commonwealth of Virginia
• Experience supervising clinical staff in an occupational health setting
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and occupational health compliance standards
• Ability to provide approximately 8 hours of oversight services per month
