Job Summary
To support a growing pediatric practice, the full-time Virginia Licensed Occupational Therapist will provide remote therapy sessions, develop personalized care plans, and monitor client progress while ensuring accurate documentation and participation in team communication.
Key responsibilities
- Provide remote occupational therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population
- Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans using Expressable's clinical tools and platform

Required qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy (MOT, OTD, or equivalent) and individual NPI number
- Licensed in Virginia as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in pediatric settings
- Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
