As the founding Virginia Licensed PMHNP, this part-time remote position will manage medication protocols and provide direct client care for LGBTQIA+ clients, ensuring an integrative approach to mental health treatment alongside therapy.
Key responsibilities
- Develop clinical protocols, SOPs, and workflows for medication management
- Prescribe medications and provide direct client care aligned with identity-affirming practices
- Conduct clinical assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EMR
Required qualifications
- Active DEA registration with full practice authority in Virginia
- Experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients and delivering identity-affirming care
- Proficient in prescribing and adjusting medications across various clinical indications
- Experience building psychiatric SOPs from the ground up
- Comfortable in a remote telehealth setting
