Job Summary

Offering flexibility to work remotely or onsite in Fairfax, Virginia, the Virginia Licensed Pre-Closing Processor will build and maintain relationships with realtors, lenders, and clients, manage pre-closing files, and coordinate closing schedules while ensuring compliance with title requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with all transaction parties throughout the pre-closing lifecycle
• Open and manage new purchase and refinance files in Qualia, ensuring they are settlement-ready
• Coordinate scheduling of closings and communicate order status to internal and external parties

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate title experience in Florida, Maryland, or Virginia
• Knowledge of real estate guidelines, ALTA Best Practices, and title insurance regulations
• Proficiency with Qualia or similar real estate transaction management software
