Virginia Licensed Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the Veteran Transition Experience (VTE) program at the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time Virginia Licensed Program Manager will manage day-to-day delivery, serve as a Scrum Master, and provide leadership across an assigned portfolio of programs while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day delivery for VTE, ensuring teams have the necessary structure and support to meet objectives
- Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies and aligning team execution with product goals
- Maintain visibility into delivery performance and manage client relationships across the assigned portfolio
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Significant experience leading delivery for complex digital product or technology programs
- Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable hands-on delivery role
- Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Agile delivery practices
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing delivery risks and dependencies
