Job Summary
To support a growing telemedicine practice, the part-time Virginia Licensed Registered Nurse will provide direct care to patients with complex chronic conditions, focusing on cardiac and respiratory disorders, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct telemedicine visits to educate and assess adult patients with chronic medical conditions
- Coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists, advocating for patients facing social challenges
- Engage with an interdisciplinary team to continuously optimize patient care and promote the program within the community
Required qualifications
- Current or compact unrestricted Nursing license in Virginia or Pennsylvania
- Completion of an accredited nursing program with at least an Associate's Degree
- 5+ years of experience caring for adult patients with acute and chronic medical illnesses
- 1+ years of experience with adult outpatients suffering from chronic cardiopulmonary conditions
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
