Job Summary
Supporting the ALTESS Windows team, the full-time Virginia Licensed Senior Windows Administrator will manage, maintain, deploy, troubleshoot, and support Windows Server 2019 and 2022 systems in a mixed customer environment, with options for remote or onsite work in the Radford, VA area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, deploy, troubleshoot, and support Windows Server 2019/2022 systems for a mixed customer environment
- Plan, execute, and implement new system hardware and software
- Create and maintain team technical instructions, operating procedures, and policies
Required Qualifications:
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Five or more years' experience as a Windows Systems Administrator or Engineer
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Experience automating tasks utilizing PowerShell
