Job Summary
To support a growing Real Estate and Commercial Development team, the full-time Senior Site Acquisition Specialist will manage permitting, easement/lease review, and site-specific services while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, with the option to work remotely for qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee project deliverables, schedules, and financials for various site acquisition projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction on site-specific services
- Track and report project schedules and forecasts on a site-by-site basis for clients
Required qualifications
- BS degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong interest in delivering integrated services to commercial clients
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to learn and expand knowledge in real estate and advanced technical programs
