Job Summary
To support a school-based program, the full-time Virginia Licensed Speech Language Pathologist will provide therapy services, conduct assessments, develop IEP plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct therapy services and conduct evaluations for a caseload of 50-55 K-5 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) while monitoring student progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
Required qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
- State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Department of Education Licensure
- National License: ASHA certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual SLP within the last 3 years
- Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred
