Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time or full-time Virginia Licensed Supervising Physician will conduct annual telehealth visits with patients, reviewing care plans and confirming goals while collaborating with Advanced Practice Providers in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct annual telehealth visits with patients and their caregivers to review care plans
- Confirm patient goals and flag concerns or recommended changes to the primary APP
- Utilize a tech-enabled electronic medical record system to document visits efficiently
Required qualifications
- MD or DO, board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one state served by the company
- Current DEA registration in good standing
- Eligible to enroll and bill as a Medicare practitioner
- Experience with high-volume telehealth schedules and clinical documentation
