Job Summary

Leading a child support case management team, the full-time salaried Virginia Licensed Support Enforcement Specialist Senior will manage complex child support cases, provide training to team members, and ensure compliance with child support laws while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex child support cases and health care coverage, ensuring compliance with legal obligations
• Train and support team members in case management procedures and compliance requirements
• Engage with families to promote financial and family support, providing guidance and problem-solving in challenging situations

Required qualifications

• Current Virginia State Department of Social Services employee
• Experience in case management, particularly in child support enforcement
• Knowledge of legal processes, including preparing legal documents and providing court testimony
• Ability to interpret and apply child support enforcement laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using automated information systems and Microsoft Office applications
