Virginia Licensed Valuation Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Value and Risk Advisory team, the full-time remote Virginia Licensed Valuation Analyst will analyze market data, determine property values, and assist with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyzing market data and comparable transactions to determine highest and best use and credible market values
- Performing lease abstracts and conducting market surveys while partnering with experienced team members
- Confirming comparable data for client deliverables and leveraging technology to enhance productivity
Required qualifications:
- 0-2+ years of experience in commercial real estate valuation or related fields such as finance or analysis
- Strong interest in appraisal/valuation services with a preference for candidates with real estate-related internships
- Ability to achieve consistent progress on coursework required for Certified-General license within 36 months
- Proficiency in Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn JLL technology
- Requirement to obtain a Trainee license within 90 days of employment and complete necessary coursework within specified timelines
