Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Virtual Auto Adjuster will leverage advanced technology to conduct inspections, analyze photos and videos, and provide exceptional service by reviewing estimates and handling vehicle repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct remote inspections of vehicles by analyzing photos and live videos
- Review and write estimates, create supplements, and manage total losses for various vehicles
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
Required qualifications
- 18 months or more of experience in auto collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell
- Expertise in crafting comprehensive cost estimates for repairs including paintwork and body restoration
- Proficiency in using virtual inspection tools and relevant computer applications
- Strong analytical skills for assessing damages and writing accurate estimates
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment
