Job Summary

Seeking experienced educators, the contracted Virtual Children's ESL Instructor will provide private English tutoring to children at various proficiency levels in a remote setting, typically conducting classes twice per week for two hours after school hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized English language instruction to children, adapting to their individual learning goals
• Utilize provided textbooks and supplement lessons with authentic materials and engaging activities
• Manage scheduling and logistics for classes, typically held twice weekly for 2-hour sessions

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in ESL or language instruction
• Fluency in English, with strong command of language teaching methodologies
• Ability to create and implement customized lesson plans based on student needs
• Experience working with children of various age groups and proficiency levels
• Comfortable using virtual teaching tools and platforms for remote instruction
