Job Summary

The leading open source web platform for building enterprise applications is filling a position for a Virtual Commercial Attorney Contracts Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Structuring, reviewing, revising and negotiating both strategic framework agreements and transactional documents
• Structuring, reviewing, revising and negotiating NDA, subcontracting, partner and sponsoring agreements
• Providing first point of contact support for non-revenue contract related legal issues

Position Requirements Include:

• Lawyer licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state jurisdiction
• Effective oral and written negotiation skills
• Ability to negotiate agreements in English
