Job Summary

Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Structuring, reviewing, revising and negotiating both strategic framework agreements and transactional documents
- Structuring, reviewing, revising and negotiating NDA, subcontracting, partner and sponsoring agreements
- Providing first point of contact support for non-revenue contract related legal issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Lawyer licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state jurisdiction
- Effective oral and written negotiation skills
- Ability to negotiate agreements in English
