Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Virtual Contact Management Systems Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading or participating in business process reviews
  • Leading end to end maintenance of imaging processes
  • Implementing and maintaining the record retention settings

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced OnBase System Administrator and Workflow Administrator Certification required within 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience with an enterprise content management solution
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a financial institution
  • Previous experience with document imaging, and electronic signing solutions
  • Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office
