Virtual Design Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with clients and colleagues, the full-time Virtual Design and Construction Specialist will design exceptional restaurant spaces using VDC and BIM technologies while managing project setups and providing technical support remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Singer Hub on Forma, including folder setups and permissions for various divisions
• Create and analyze BIM Execution Plans for projects, ensuring proper setup and coordination
• Participate in BIM Coordination Meetings and perform clash detection as needed

Required qualifications

• Associates or Technical Degree in Drafting, CADD, or a related field; Bachelor's degree in design preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in foodservice equipment design, with mechanical systems experience preferred
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, and MS Office applications
• Basic understanding of general construction practices and ability to read blueprints
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
