Job Summary

To support patient access initiatives, the full-time Virtual Field Access Manager will deliver virtual education on access resources, guide provider offices through reimbursement processes, and troubleshoot access challenges remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate offices on access resources, including benefit investigation services and patient support programs
• Guide offices through reimbursement processes such as benefit verification and prior authorization
• Serve as the virtual point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring follow-through on actionable cases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 2+ years of experience in patient access, reimbursement, or provider-facing pharmaceutical roles
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. payer landscape and specialty product access pathways
• Proven ability to educate provider offices in a virtual setting
• Experience with video conferencing platforms and CRM tools
