Virtual Field Representative
Job Summary
To support the commercialization of Vertex Pharmaceuticals therapies, the full-time Virtual Field Representative will engage with healthcare providers remotely, delivering key clinical information and educational materials while fostering relationships and addressing stakeholder needs.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver education-focused messages and disease-state information to healthcare providers (HCPs)
- Partner with Vertex employees to build and execute business plans, enhancing HCP awareness of products
- Maintain accurate database entries on customer interactions and ensure compliance with company guidelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years of sales experience in outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong sales aptitude with documented results in competitive markets
- Ability to learn and communicate complex medical topics and industry compliance guidelines
