Virtual Group Facilitator

Job Summary

Providing direct patient support and therapeutic interventions, the full-time Virtual Group Facilitator will engage with clients and deliver curriculum remotely while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment in adherence to company philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with patients and model therapeutic eating habits during programmatic meals and snacks
• Deliver and facilitate group curriculum, monitoring patient safety and escalating issues as needed
• Document interactions and maintain patient records in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to telehealth policies

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in counseling or a related field preferred
• Two years of experience in a relevant health-related field, with preferred experience in virtual group therapy
• Proficiency in technology and required software, including high-speed internet and quality audio-visual equipment
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) preferred
