Job Summary

A managed health care company is filling a position for a Virtual Healthcare Claims Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple levels of staff
• Manage day to day site operations, supervisor leadership and accountability for financial and non-financial results
• Provide expertise or general claims support to teams

Required Skills:

• Associates Degree or higher
• Experience with medical coding
• 3+ years of supervisory / managerial experience in claims adjudication or customer service
• 2+ years of managing relationships with clients and / or vendors
• 2+ years of managing budgets, process improvement and quality assurance
