Job Summary
A company that provides content moderation and customer service has an open position for a Virtual IT Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle the customer technical inquiries and drive the call to resolution by troubleshooting the problems
- Listen and respond to customers’ needs, concerns, requests and complaints
- Provide information about products and services
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Extended computer user skills including strong keyboarding skills
- Basic IT knowledge
- Experience in customer facing environments interaction in some capacity
- Passion for customer service, ownership of the customer experience and determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution
- Obsesses over the customer experience and constantly strives to exceed their expectations
