Job Summary

A company that provides content moderation and customer service has an open position for a Virtual IT Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handle the customer technical inquiries and drive the call to resolution by troubleshooting the problems
  • Listen and respond to customers’ needs, concerns, requests and complaints
  • Provide information about products and services

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Extended computer user skills including strong keyboarding skills
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Experience in customer facing environments interaction in some capacity
  • Passion for customer service, ownership of the customer experience and determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution
  • Obsesses over the customer experience and constantly strives to exceed their expectations
