Job Summary
A company is looking for a Virtual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support their Service Department in a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage inbound calls via a virtual phone system
- Input new service requests into the system quickly and accurately
- Support the Service Department with administrative tasks and project follow-up
Required Qualifications:
- Must be an individual, not part of an agency or team
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Prior experience in a CSR, administrative support, or VA role preferred
- Availability during U.S. East Coast business hours (Monday-Friday)
- Candidates from Argentina, the Philippines, or similar regions are highly encouraged to apply
