Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support their Service Department in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and manage inbound calls via a virtual phone system
  • Input new service requests into the system quickly and accurately
  • Support the Service Department with administrative tasks and project follow-up
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be an individual, not part of an agency or team
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Prior experience in a CSR, administrative support, or VA role preferred
  • Availability during U.S. East Coast business hours (Monday-Friday)
  • Candidates from Argentina, the Philippines, or similar regions are highly encouraged to apply
