Virtual Medical Scribe
Job Summary
To support healthcare providers in a fully remote capacity, the part-time Virtual Medical Scribe will perform medical record documentation and clerical duties, working 3-4 shifts weekly from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM in both Mountain Standard Time and Pacific Standard Time.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing and assembling medical record documentation to support healthcare providers
- Entering patient information during visits and updating medical records as directed by the physician
- Collaborating with healthcare staff to monitor lab results and ensure accurate documentation
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM
- Ability to understand and maintain HIPAA regulations
- Residency in an approved state for virtual work with ProScribe
