Virtual N-Day Vulnerability Researcher

Job Summary

Company that informs our client of critical threats years before the public (and attackers) catch wind of the vulnerability is in need of a Virtual N-Day Vulnerability Researcher.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working alongside senior research team members on zero-day vulnerability discovery and exploitation projects
• Producing technical documentation and accompanying exploit code
• Providing detailed analysis of the vulnerability, exploitation, and exploit detection

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• The ability to read and understand various languages including assembly, Java, C/C++, and .NET
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information in written form
• Demonstrated understanding of common vulnerability classes ranging from cross-site scripting to memory corruption
• Understanding of how various endpoint and perimeter based security products work
