Virtual Navigator

Job Summary

Providing proactive, individualized support to students, the full-time Virtual Navigator will coordinate resources for online Bachelor of Science in Psychology students while working remotely and utilizing institutional data and AI tools to enhance student success.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized virtual navigation and support to students in the online BS in Psychology program
• Conduct proactive outreach to identify student needs and facilitate connections to academic and support resources
• Maintain ownership of student cases, tracking referrals and ensuring follow-up to resolve barriers to academic progress

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, education, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution
• Two years of experience in student services, case management, or related direct-support services
• Proven ability to work effectively with students in an online or technology-supported environment
• Experience with Canvas and supporting online college students is preferred
