Virtual Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting clinic operations in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Virtual Practice Operations Associate will manage patient access operations, coordinate outreach and engagement, and execute daily operational tasks to enhance service delivery in a behavioral health setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient access operations, including appointment processing and handling inquiries
• Coordinate patient outreach and engagement through multiple tracking systems for scheduling and follow-up communications
• Facilitate communication across stakeholders by monitoring operational channels and relaying critical information to clinical staff

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of operations experience in a behavioral health clinic or hospital setting
• Experience with insurance and medical claims processes
• Comfort with digital clinic tools, including EMR and telehealth platforms
• Ability to follow outlined operational processes related to patient onboarding
• Experience working directly with customers or patients in a customer experience capacity
