Virtual Physical Therapy Manager

Job Summary

Providing direct virtual care to patients, the full-time Virtual Physical Therapy Manager will oversee the ongoing development and administration of the Virtual PT/OT program while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct Virtual PT/OT clinical healthcare services and support program development, including mentoring and provider training
• Conduct evaluations, scheduled visits, and follow-up support while maintaining clinical judgment and compliance with guidelines
• Perform administrative tasks related to training, continuing education, and maintaining confidentiality regarding patient information

Required qualifications

• Professional degree in PT/OT/SLP from an accredited college or university required
• 5 years of clinical experience required; specific experience providing direct virtual services preferred
• Understanding of Physical Therapy evidence-based guidelines and best practices required
• A current, unrestricted license to practice in the health care specialty is required
• Ability to use applicable computer and software systems, including EHR and MS Office
