Virtual Project Coach

Job Summary

To drive performance and foster skill development, the full-time Virtual Project Coach will supervise and develop a team of insurance service consultants in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize team potential by coaching and developing employees to achieve performance goals
• Supervise a team of 15 or more insurance service specialists serving existing customers
• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies using performance metrics

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with previous supervisory experience in a call center environment
• Strong customer service background with the ability to drive results
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
