Virtual QuestionPoint Reference Librarian

Job Summary

A non-profit global technology company is filling a position for a Virtual QuestionPoint Reference Librarian.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing excellent reference service to public and academic patrons of the QuestionPoint cooperative libraries
• Providing excellent reference service to patrons of the QuestionPoint cooperative via chat using QuestionPoint software

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Library Science
• 3 years reference experience, with at least one year of virtual chat reference experience
• Experience with QuestionPoint virtual reference software desirable
