Virtual Safety Associate

Job Summary

Working part-time during the day from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., the Virtual Safety Associate will provide remote supportive care for patients requiring additional monitoring, collaborating with the healthcare team to promote quality patient care and safety.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide observation for the safety of assigned patients and report any changes in their condition to professional staff
• Communicate effectively with the interprofessional team, patients, and their families to ensure coordinated care
• Complete required documentation and reports related to patient observations and care

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Interest in Behavioral Health Sciences preferred
