• Compile and analyze performance data to assess training effectiveness and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Manage training initiatives within assigned territories, collaborating with leadership to align activities with organizational goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably with field and training experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage training programs and deliver impactful results
• Experience influencing and advising leaders without direct authority preferred
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate complex information into actionable recommendations
