Virtual Senior Business Management Specialist

Job Summary

Fortune 100 Financial Services Company is filling a position for a Virtual Senior Business Management Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Leading one or more projects performing as a lead business analyst in the development of business requirements, user stories and use cases following Agile and/or hybrid waterfall methodologies
• Developing test strategy, acceptance criteria and test cases
• Driving implementation and change adoption for identified projects including partnership with Learning and cross functional teams

Qualifications Include:

• 5 years analytical, project management and financial services experience
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and conceptual skills
• Ability to work well on cross functional project teams including IT and business subject matter experts
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools
• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work-related experience may compensate for certain requirements
