Virtual Territory Manager

Job Summary

To support Mineralys' first commercial launch, the full-time Virtual Territory Manager will promote lorundrostat to healthcare providers through remote engagement, covering open territories and providing virtual support to existing Territory Managers while working entirely from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover open field territories and maintain engagement with priority HCPs until a new Territory Manager is hired
• Own an assigned list of priority HCPs in remote areas, building relationships through phone, video, and digital channels
• Extend the reach of Territory Managers by engaging lower-priority HCPs and providing follow-up support on clinical questions and patient needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years of successful pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience preferred
• Successful virtual or inside sales experience preferred
• Strong clinical acumen with the ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently in a fast-paced environment
