Virtual Training Facilitator
Job Summary
To support a large-scale new-hire training initiative for a healthcare customer service program, experienced Virtual Training Facilitators will deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training over approximately two weeks, working remotely on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate two weeks of virtual new-hire training for groups of up to 50 adult learners
- Deliver existing training content, including customer service scripts and compliance requirements
- Create a structured and engaging virtual classroom environment while managing participant dynamics
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering virtual instructor-led training (vILT)
- Strong virtual classroom management skills with adult learners
- Experience facilitating larger groups, ideally 30-50+ participants
- Basic familiarity with Medicare and healthcare terminology
- Availability to work within the Eastern Time Zone during the training period
