Job Summary
Serving as the primary reviewer for international artist visa applications, the full-time Visa Services Advisor will manage visa service support and fiscal sponsorship operations while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate artist visa application materials and correspond with international artists and attorneys regarding documentation and application status
- Respond to member inquiries and educate them on fiscal sponsorship policies and available resources
- Maintain accurate records and assist with operational initiatives, including onboarding calls and fundraising material reviews
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience with web-based software (e.g., Slack, Google Drive, Zendesk)
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
- Experience in customer service with a focus on patience and professionalism
- Fluency in written and spoken English
