Vista Job Cost Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance the use of Vista by Viewpoint for large capital projects, the remote Vista Job Cost Consultant will assess current system usage, reconfigure job cost and project management modules, and train internal teams while providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to document current Vista usage and identify process gaps
• Reconfigure Vista's Job Cost, Job Billing, and Project Management modules to support job-based workflows
• Train a limited internal user group on the redesigned Vista job cost workflows and provide ongoing technical support

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise with Vista by Viewpoint, particularly in Job Cost, Job Billing, and Project Management modules
• Experience configuring job cost/project accounting structures for large, complex capital projects
• Familiarity with work breakdown structures, contract and billing setup, and estimates-to-complete reporting
• Ability to work independently in a T&M advisory model, recommending pragmatic next steps
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training end users
