Visual Design Lead

Job Summary

Leading the visual design direction across complex digital products, the full-time remote Visual Design Lead will guide design vision from concept through execution, ensuring high standards of visual quality and consistency while mentoring design teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the visual design direction across digital products, platforms, and experiences
• Mentor and provide creative direction to visual designers throughout the design process
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing digital products across web, mobile, and responsive platforms
• Proven experience leading and mentoring visual design teams
• Strong expertise in building and evolving scalable Design Systems
• Experience working on complex product ecosystems in collaboration with Product, UX, and Engineering teams
• Solid understanding of interaction design, accessibility, and user-centered design principles
