Visual Design Lead

Job Summary

Leading the design efforts for Ford's Digital Product Design Team, the full-time Visual Design Lead will work remotely to establish visual standards and create high-quality digital experiences for in-vehicle interfaces and connected devices.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and guide the visual design language for Ford and Lincoln digital experiences
• Develop and implement visual and motion design guidelines while mentoring design teams on best practices
• Engage in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure world-class product delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UI/UX design, digital product design, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Visual UI/UX design for complex digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills and understanding of design principles
• Experience working within highly collaborative creative teams
• Proficiency in modern UI design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
