Visual Design Principal

Job Summary

Leading a creative team, the full-time salaried Principal, Visual Design will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to establish high standards for visual and conceptual design, driving complex digital projects from inception to completion while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the creative team, fostering a collaborative culture and inspiring innovative design solutions
• Define and implement design strategies for various projects, ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations
• Generate strategic insights and facilitate creative innovation through moodboards and project direction

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in design and interactive work for leading brands, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Mastery of Figma and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Hubspot and Google Suite
• Strong knowledge in visual design, user-centered experience design, and brand development
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
