Visual Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely with flexible options, the full-time Visual Designer will shape and evolve the visual experience of Optimizely.com by designing scalable web experiences, maintaining the design system, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-centered digital experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Own the visual design of Optimizely.com, ensuring a polished and engaging experience across the site
- Maintain and evolve the web design system, creating reusable patterns and components for scalability
- Audit existing pages to improve visual consistency, usability, accessibility, and brand adherence
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in web, visual, or digital design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating modern web design and component-based design systems
- Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
