Visual Inspection Program Lead
Job Summary
To support execution of the Visual Inspection Program Enhancement workstream, the full-time contract Visual Inspection Program Lead will manage assessment activities, develop recommendations, and prepare deliverables focused on enhancing visual inspection procedures and defect management practices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all assessment activities related to visual inspection and defect classification
- Develop and implement risk-based enhancements to inspection methodologies and quality-system documentation
- Prepare associated deliverables to support the Visual Inspection Program workstream
Required qualifications
- 7 years of relevant experience in visual inspection and sterile manufacturing operations
- Expertise in defect classification and AQL methodologies
- Experience with Knapp studies and inspector qualification
- Strong background in particulate-control programs
- Familiarity with sterile injectables
