Job Summary
To support a growing IT Solution Design team, the remote VMware & Windows Infrastructure Architect will lead end-to-end infrastructure solution architecture initiatives, focusing on designing secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions across cloud, virtualization, and on-premises environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure solution architecture initiatives, including requirements analysis, design, and implementation guidance
- Design and evaluate scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions utilizing VMware and Windows technologies
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures, developing High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs)
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Solution Architecture, including large-scale infrastructure transformation initiatives
- Expert-level experience with VMware, private cloud, and virtualization technologies
- Strong expertise in infrastructure sizing, capacity planning, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience designing High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions
- Proven ability to translate business and technical requirements into architecture deliverables
